okay place to stay
friendly staff comfortable bed uphill location limited amenities
the staff was friendly and helpful i appreciated that they could book a taxi to the airport. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable perfect after a long day.
the location is uphill this made walking difficult. the hotel seemed to offer limited amenities i also thought the walls were thin i could hear noise.

helpful staff good linens body wash steep incline narrow street taxi access
The location worked well being near alfama. the staff were helpful with directions. the room included good linens and towels. I found the soap and body wash to be nice.
The hotel is at the top of the city. the steep incline made walking challenging. narrow streets made taxi access difficult. I waited 20 minutes.

the staff was very helpful at all times. I appreciated the breakfast with many choices. I enjoyed the architecture of the old convent. Shuttle service TO the airport was convenient.
